Vintage Japanese Empress Doll & Dog. 10.75″ h x 7.5″ across base. Circa 1920s – 50s The piece came from a large collection. The piece has been stored for years on display, so it was dusty when it came into stock, we have delicately brushed away some of this dust, though some may remain – we didn’t want to damage the piece, so may benefit from more dusting – we used a soft bristle brush – which works well. Fading / fraying due to age, marks stains to clothing – as per pics. Signs of age etc There may be some minor pieces missing, You will receive the item pictured, so the pictures are integral to the condition report and listing. A very delicate well detail and hand made Japanese model. The doll has been secured to the post with modern florist wire, as the original band was missing.
