#1 BARBIE DOLL, BLACK PONYTAIL DOLL With CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY

Dream House Dolls Home of the Fashion Mannequin. AUTHENTIC #1 RAVEN HAIR BARBIE DOLL W/ CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY. With so many fakes on todays market how do you really know your doll is authentic. I have been in the vintage Barbie business since 1996. If you are not familiar with me feel free to ask the biger dealers in the Barbie World they know me. The doll is this listing is an authentic #1 Barbie doll created in 1959. It is NOT a reproduction, a fake, or any other kind of replica of any sort. Prior to the work of Angil Gill she administered an alcohol test to the paint work on her face. The results showed as a result of alcohol being rubbed across the face. Ie, the brows, eyes, or lips. Thus this is an authentic, original 1959 raven haired, #1 Barbie. Angie Gill, professionally cleaned and completely restored this doll. Her lips have been color washed back to the original color that was remaining before I started my work. She rebuilt her black eyelash ridge on her right eye. (your left as looking at the doll) She then touched up both black eyelash ridges, added blush, and touched up her toenails and her fingernails. All paint work that she did on this doll was put back to her original colors. No artistic liberties were taken. She rerooted her hair in several areas along her hairline, on the sides and the back. She has also entirely rerooted her bangs. A vintage #5 Barbie head was used for the donor hair for all rerooting on this #1. Everything else on the doll is original to her as she was created in 1959. The letter is notarized and signed by the artist and notery. I want to add that there is some die stain on her left foot from the heels. The heels included are NOT #1 heels. This doll has retained most of her beautiful original color and has not faded to white. A prize for any collector. Angie Gill is a renowned doll artist in the Barbie world. Vintage Blonde Ponytail Barbie Doll #3 Box

Beautiful vintage blonde ponytail Barbie #3 doll with R box. She has had a slight touch up to the inside of her left eyebrow and the outside of her right eyebrow and her eyeliner (so slight it’s not worth mentioning as you can see in pic 2 before restoration). Her fingernails and toenails have also been touched up and her hair restored into a ponytail (it’s more of a strawberry blonde than a golden blonde). Her eyes and lips are original. Her arms and legs are the perfect tension, not too swingy and not too tight. One foot says Japan vertically. In good vintage condition. She has two holes on her upper neck, which look like dirt, but they are manufacturing holes. She has some spots and light dimpling on her upper thighs and mold marks on both sides of her legs. The mold marks are even and blend well. Her coloring is white with some pink remaining on her torso and upper thighs. Her back is slightly tanner than her front. Her earrings holes have darkened, but she’s never been treated for green ear. She wears replacement gold hoop earrings. Her blue pak belle dress is in excellent condition and so is the label (still has the paper label behind it). She really looks gorgeous in it and now she just needs some shoes. The R box is in fairly good vintage condition. It has a tear in the front and a few scuffs and dirt spots and some small missing graphics and one corner looks to be glued (nicely though). It’s darkened and they’re a few spots on the bottom. Barbie is laying on Kleenex not tissue paper. THIS DOLL WILL BE SENT INSURED WITH SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION.
