Stunning Vintage Barbie Mattel JAPAN #3 Brunette Ponytail issued 1960. She is the brown eyeliner doll. The doll is in EXC condition – NO green ear – soft poodle bangs, original topknot and part of her bottom hard curl remains. Her behind is marked Barbie (no other markings – I checked with my Barbie expert and he has seen this before and it uncommon), Pats Pend, Roman numerals, By Mattel Inc. Arms and legs are tight. Nail and toe polish are VG-EXC. Original stiped swimsuit is EXC. Original pink Barbie booklet is still in the original cellophane but it has ripped. Black OT JAPAN #1 shoes with holes (I just noticed one has a split so I will include a good pair of OT black JAPAN shoes) and blue lense sunglasses. R Pedestal 2 piece stand is VG-EXC – some scuff marks. The original box shows wear on the one bottom side and the bottom piece has one corner split – see pictures. Lovely complete Vintage Barbie Skipper Redhead Doll with original swimsuit and box and gold stand – white brush and comb and Skipper Booklet. Her face paint is slightly faded but she still displays lovely. No splits on the box – it is in lovely displayable condition – the original price writing on the front has been smudged. Gold stand has a slight bend but still holds the doll. Red JAPAN flat shoes. Comes from a pet friendly home although I try and keep my cat away from my collection. WOW Vintage Barbie Skipper Doll/box/clothes/access VG-EXC! A beautiful collection which includes. Blonde Skipper in VG original box with ORIGINAL gold stand/shoes/swimsuit (spot on the lower back)/brush/comb/booklet/headband – PLEASE NOTE the box liner and wrist tag and head cellophane are REPRODUCTION! I had a friend set her up like she would have been new. She comes with the following Skipper T. Clothing – B/W labels and snaps intact. Red Sensation #1901 is COMPLETE – the dress is somewhat limp – the hat has a few light marks and the straw brim is somewhat bent – the inside headband is intact – JAPAN red flats – white tricot socks and white short tricot gloves. DreamTime #1909 is COMPLETE and is Good-VG-EXC. Skating Fun #1908 is COMPLETE and is VG-EXC. HTF Rainy Day Checkers #1928 is just missing the checkers – the dress/vest/stockings are EXC and appear no play – the checkerboard is still in the cellophane package – black JAPAN flats. Flower Showers #1939 – the vinyl is still soft – the belt is missing its silver buckle – I have added JAPAN hot pink slouch boots to complete the set as I do not have the original hot pink boots. HTF Sweet Orange #3465 is COMPLETE with orange TAIWAN flats and also a pair of white TAIWAN flats – dress is VG. I have added another original swimsuit and a SKIPPER hangar. Vintage Barbie Saturday Matinee #1615 Complete. Beautiful Vintage Barbie CLEAN and HTF COMPLETE vintage Barbie Saturday Matinee #1615. The fur is coming off the jacket – it needs to be reattached – but is complete. The one gold button came off the jacket so I have loosely reattached it – the original thread is still there. Brown OT JAPAN shoes – the one heel is slightly bent. Turban style hat is VG to EXC – I have a cotton ball inside the hat to keep its shape – that is what the white is. Straight skirt is VG to EXC. Jacket – again the fur is coming off and I did not attempt to reattach it but the jacket itself is VG. Purse is VG-EXC – gold foil is still there. Brown short tricot gloves are very good. No missing snaps – no tears – no rips. All in all a fairly rare and HTF complete outfit to add to your collection. Doing some serious downsizing.
