This is a 1960s vintage Ponytail Barbie Doll. Japan is on the foot. #122 is on the left cheek on her behind. She has straight legs. Rubber band has deteriorated and no longer in pony. Earrings are missing but show no signs of green by the ears. Nail polish is mint on hands but faint on toes. Make up looks fair, eye liner looks worn on left eye. Wording is hard to read on left cheek. I can see resemblance of MCMLVIII. I believe she is a #4. Has a pen mark or something over the left eye brow. Green markings on back and bottom.
