For your consideration, an original 1961 Mattel White Ginger Bubble cut Barbie doll wearing an original zebra striped black and white swimsuit and black open toe Japan heels. I have attempted to keep as much her originality as possible. Only two touch-ups were made during her restoration. She is so beautiful. Her dark turquoise eyes with green eyeliner matches the last photo which I copied from the website my vintage barbies. DOLL CONDITION: Her hair has oxidized to blonde. She has the short neck nob. Her body is marked Barbie Pats Pend. No green ear, no nose nip, no neck split, no missing hair plugs. The tip of her eyelashes and some of her pink upper lip paint has been touched up. Everything else is original. Her fingernails have only some of the paint remaining. Her toenails have no paint. She has been cleaned. FLAW: Her torso has lightened around her hips and around one shoulder. She has a noticeable scratch near her chest and other light scratches. Her swimsuit is in excellent condition. Her black open toe heels are marked Japan. Her earrings are handmade so she will not get green ear. Comes from a smoke free home. Everything I list, I look at under a magnifying glass.
