Emerald the Enchanting Witch? She is incredibly rare, was made for only one year, 1972. Her eyes work (see video) and she is in her original outfit, with her dress, (boots missing) and witch hat elastic on one side is detached. She has some fading of color on arm (see arm picture with red arrow) She’s 6 3/4 tall. Her eyes light up when you shake her. Also, she has the very rare, battery cover plate. Has a slight crack in it (see picture of battery plate with red arrow). Cover will stay on when she is dressed but if undressed may come off. I’m passing her on to the next person who wants to share her magic! While this doll is not an antique, it captures the essence of the classic era of doll collecting in the 1970s, making it a must-have for collectors and enthusiasts of vintage dolls and Wizard of Oz memorabilia. The Emerald the Enchanting Witch doll was made by Milton Bradley as part of the Girls World line in 1972, though it was manufactured in Japan. An Amsco, a Milton Bradley company, produced a related costume set for the doll.
