Vintage Vantine’s Oriental Store Kewpie Style Bisque Dolls Original Box & Note. What a lovely and rare find! Two vintage Kewpie style bisque porcelain dolls with jointed arms. They come in a gorgeous colorful box with the name of the importer, “Vantine’s” Oriental Store in New York. The babies were given as a shower gift in 1929 as it is indicated on the attached handwritten note. On one side it says, “Here’s wishing you hope, here’s wishing you joy, we hope one is a girl, and the other a boy”. On the back it says, “Carrie’s (arrow up) Raugh Shower 1929″. The babies are nestled in a bassinet handmade out of a wash cloth, the note is attached to the front with a safety pin. Pre-owned vintage gift in good condition, dolls have no defects, box has one taped corner.

VTG Japanese Sosaku Kokeshi Dolls Set of Two 3 with Hand Crafted Box. Very vintage wooden Kokeshi dolls with vintage fabric clothes in the original box. This is a very cute Sosaku Kokeshi dolls made in Japane. He is the top class artist who won the Prime Minister Award four time. And he is currently the president of the Creative Kokeshi Association. Made from natural material. MEASUREMENTS: Approximately FIGURINE – 3.25″ T x 1″ W. BOX the square shape – 4″ L x 4″ W x 1.5 H. WEIGHT: 0.25 lb. Excellent vintage age pre-owned condition. The box has minor wear, the dolls are in excellent condition. Please see the photos as part of description. You will receive the exact item in the photos. This original 1992 playset is made of plastic and is licensed from Japan. Barbie VINTAGE Pretty Pairs NAN & FRAN Dolls Tutti Sized
Not mint but displays well. Dolls have been wiped down with a damp cloth but could use a little cleaning. Head has no repaints, reroots, splits, nips, green, trimmed or empty plugs. Face paint is complete. Hair appears to be in the original set with factory tied bows. Body has no splits and all digits with the bends all working properly. She will come dressed in her original outfit in played with condition (slippers are missing lace trim). Also includes her Nan doll with complete outfit.
