Here’s a fun casual outfit for Francie. Groovy Get-Ups in Excellent and Complete condition! Groovy Get-Ups can be a rather hard to find outfit as it was only produced in 1967. This outfit includes the Mattel hot pink corduroy jacket, pants, skirt, striped top, hood, stockings, soft black low boots, and the rare black vinyl belt. I don’t grade anything as “Mint” unless I have just taken it out of its original packaging. If you have a question that my description hasn’t answered, please ask me. The jacket and corduroy pants are clean and have good color. The jacket’s rare belt is in great shape, as it doesn’t look like it was played with. The jacket has all of its black buttons and snap closure. The corduroy fabric doesn’t show too much wear on the jacket or pants. The pants zipper works. The corduroy skirt still has good elastic at the waist, but it shows more wear than the jacket and pants. Photo #3 shows the skirt front, which has some soil on the right upper area of the skirt. Photo #4 shows the back of the skirt, which has some light soil. I feel the back of the skirt displays better, so I would maybe display it with the back in front! The striped top still has its button and thread loop on the back. I notice a small loose thread on the top’s back, just to the left of the back opening’s bottom, in the red stripe. There is a broken thread there, but it hasn’t caused a hole in the fabric. The striped hood looks great, and both the top and hood look clean and bright. The hose are in very good shape; they don’t have any holes or runs, but their color doesn’t seem quite as bright as the top and hood’s fabric. The upper pink stripe on the hose’s thighs looks slightly soiled, but I still think they will look good on display. The squishy black low boots are marked Japan, and they are in Near Mint shape.
