This is the 4 inch (10 cm) version of the super-rare VINTAGE 1960s Sony Boy figure. The figure was used by Sony in Japan as an advertising and marketing gimmick. Upon returning home, the figure was lost and forgotten about, only to be found almost 50 years later in their apartment in excellent condition.
