You are purchasing a vintage Mattel Talking Barbie Nape Curl Titian Red Hair. Clear X stand and booklet. The bottom of the box has been secured with tape. The photos provided show defects on the package there is an arrow drawn to the razor cut on the side and a circle drawn to show a tear in the cello front. There is also some surface scratches in the cello front top (hard to show in a photo). The box does show vintage wear and tear. But the doll is in excellent condition with no signs of playtime. She is still in her plastic harness attached to the back of the box insert. Please view photos as they are part of this description along with providing more condition details. VINTAGE NEW OLD STOCK (NOS) VHTF RARE BLOND 1968 SIDE PART PONYTAIL BARBIE DOLL. SHE IS MINT IN HER BOX AND WAS NEVER REMOVED FROM HER BOX. THIS WONDERFUL DOLL IS STILL TALKING CONDITION AND WAS NEVER REPAIRED. SHE NEVER STOPPED TALKING AT ALL. I PULLED GENTLY ON HER STRING AND SHE SAID: I LIKE TO GO TO THE PRAM! SHE IS STILL ORIGINAL SEALED IN HER BOX WITH PLASTIC WINDOW. PLASTIC WINDOW HAS ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE PLASTIC SOME DENTS IN THE PLASTIC WINDOW, BUT IS NOT CRACKED. SLIGHT CORNER WEAR ON THE EDGES OF THE BOX. HERE LEGS DO NOT FLOP AND APPEAR TO BE ORIGINAL ATTACHED TO HER BODY. I CAN NOT SEE A HANG TAG ON HER ARM. SOME DOLLS CAME WITHOUT ANY HANG TAGS FROM THE FACTORY IN THE TNT BARBIE TIMES. Not mint but nice for display. Doll has been wiped down with a damp cloth but could use a little cleaning. Head has no repaints, reroots, splits, nips, trimmed or empty plugs. Face paint is complete with lashes in both eyes. Hair appears to be in the factory set with vintage bows. Pale green spot on the back of the head as shown. Body marked Mexico with tight arms and hips (VHTF first issue with Japan arms). Legs are attached properly and pose as they should but please be aware that the joints are a fragile Mattel design flaw and should be handled carefully. No splits or pinpricks. Pull string is present but she is mute. She will come dressed in her original swimsuit in played with condition. There is no “best offer” option on this listing. Now for the fine print: DESCRIPTION Condition grades like “mint”, “near mint”, etc. Are wildly subjective so items will not be graded unless still NRFB. Not mint but nice for display. Doll has been wiped down with a damp cloth but could use a little cleaning. Head has no repaints, reroots, splits, nips, trimmed or empty plugs. Face paint is complete with lashes in both eyes. Hair appears to be in the factory set with vintage bows. Pale green spot on the back of the head as shown. Body marked Mexico with tight arms and hips (VHTF first issue with Japan arms). Legs are attached properly and pose as they should but please be aware that the joints are a fragile Mattel design flaw and should be handled carefully. No splits or pinpricks. Pull string is present but she is mute. She will come dressed in her original swimsuit in played with condition. There is no “best offer” option on this listing.
