In very good/clean played with condition, there may be a couple of very slight marks due to age and play but nothing at all major and no damage… I believe this set to be complete apart from 1 small box which i believe is the’butter’ box… I have been looking this item up online and from the photos/information i have seen/read and the contents included i believe this to be the 1996 version from Japan – although it looks that way i can’t be 100% certain… Please take a close look at the photos as they are a true indication as to the condition of the items… This set includes everything seen in the photos, if it’s not shown it will not be included… From a very clean, smoke/pet free home… I will be listing several Sylvanian items over the next few days.
