Beautiful 1966 Color Magic Barbie doll #1150 wearing her original swimsuit, scarf and aqua heels in clean, near mint condition. A vintage Color Magic ribbon serves as her belt and she has no barrette. Her hair is “Golden Blonde/Scarlet Flame” — it was “Color Magically” changed from blonde to light orange before I bought her several years ago and has remained that way ever since. She has no missing hair plugs and no hair trims. Her hair is fragile as is the case with many Color Magic dolls, and hers was not sewn in as thickly as were some, but all hair plugs are there. The hair plugs along her left temple were sewn in somewhat far apart (see photo #8), and while it may look like some are missing they are not. A tiny paint rub on her upper lip has been professionally retouched. All other paint is original. She has amazing high color face paint with beautiful full lips, smokey eyeshadow and blush. Her nail polish has no rubs and she even has some toenail polish remaining. She has nice even skin tone with no tanning, yellowing or fading. There are no earring holes, no green, no pin pricks anywhere, no nose nips, no chew marks or scratches and no neck splits. She has no odors. She doesn’t appear to have ever been played with. Her right knee bends three positions and holds all three. Her left leg bends 3 positions and holds two. Legs and arms are tight at torso — nothing is swingy. Swimsuit and scarf are clean and have no runs. She will come carefully packed and insured. From a non-smoking home.
