HAIR IS GORGEOUS, and shiny! THE COLOR IS TITAN RED! IT IS VERY HARD TO FIND THIS COLOR. Hair has been trimmed and styled. Vinyl is one color, no tears, no green. Original swimsuit, no tears. Swimsuit is vibrant and colorful. The American Girl markings were presented in three different ways. The first dolls from 1965 had everything indented. See her indented markings in the picture showing she is a true First Edition.

Head is in pretty good condition with minor wear, hair needs a little attention and the makeup could use a touchup as well. The body is rough, especially the feet and legs though the knees lock and hold three times. One leg moves and holds a pose, the other leg is loose and swings (will not hold a pose). Arms have full range of movement and pose. Item shows minor cosmetic wear, see photos. Swimsuit is in good condition but untagged. Thank you for choosing my store! Vintage Barbie High Color Silver Ash Blonde Long Hair American Girl in OSS & Vintage Tagged Barbie Special Sparkle #1468. Her hair is gorgeous – very soft, full and long. No missing plugs or haircuts. Some fuzzy, broken and fly-away hairs. Barbie face is stunning. Her high color face paint has been professional touched up. She has nice full eyebrows, light blue eyeliner and soft blue eyeshadow. Her cheeks are nice and rosy on both sides of her face. She has bright geranium lips. It does not appear to have pinpricks on her feet. Her limbs are firmly attached to her body and hold a pose, fingernails retain some fingernail polish, but no toenails polish. Ears are not pierced. No green ear ever, no neck splits. She comes wearing vintage Barbie Special Sparkle #1468. Coat and skirt, OT shoes, one is marked JAPAN.
