VINTAGE 1960s #4 RAVEN BLACK PONYTAIL BARBIE

Gorgeous 1960s Vintage #4 Raven Black Ponytail Barbie (solid Barbie body) cleaned & restored to her original beauty to the extent possible. Lips, eyebrows, eyelids, eyeshadow, eyeliner, blush, & nails retouched or repainted. Her scalp is flocked, poodle bangs original & hair hard curled & restyled. Arms/legs move as intended & are not swingy. She is wearing safety pearl earrings which will not turn her ears green. Approximately 1/4 – 1/3 of her hair has been re-rooted. She has a few scratches & superficial dents on her as expected for a 50 year old doll. There are a few faded dark dots on her torso & left outer thigh; also a small area under her left breast towards the left that looks like a factory defect although could be a scratch. Her zebra swimsuit & black pumps are of unknown age & in good shape. I have done my best to describe her, but may have missed something so please examine the pictures closely. She comes from a smoke free odor free home and would be a excellent addition to any collection! Please contact me if you have any questions and good luck. Vintage Barbie Rare Med Color Color Magic Ruby Red/midnight Black Doll In Oss

Up for your consideration is a near mint and hard to find vintage medium color Ruby Red/Midnight Black Color Magic Barbie doll wearing her original diamond print swimsuit with blue tie, blue hair clip, and matching hair wrap. Her hair has not completely color changed to the ruby red color, and is more like a black cherry color, which is very rare to find. Her hair is fairly even in length in back, and has not been cut, and she is not missing any hair plugs. Her face paint is still very vibrant with striking aqua blue eyes, sky blue eye liner, coral lips, and light coral cheek blush. She doesn’t have any earring holes so no green ear problem. She has the indented markings on her rear with “made in Japan” raised, as it should be. She still retains most of her coral fingernail polish and her toenails are bare (as is common). Her multicolored diamond print swimsuit is in excellent condition with no rips, stains, or repairs. She still retains her original blue swimsuit tie, blue hair clip, and matching hair wrap. Please review the photos to best evaluate her condition, and feel free to message me with any questions, or would like additional photos. She has been stored in my smoke free home. Vintage Barbie Black Francie AA TNT with Wrist Tag/OSS-MINT-FIRST EDITION 1965

Vintage 196 5 Black Barbie Francie w/ Wrist Tag & OSS-T NT- AA- MINT. Black Francie Doll is the name collectors call the African American Francie that was introduced in 1967. They were not made in great numbers and as a result are very rare and hard to find today, making this this the most valuable Francie Doll today. She has a dark brown twist and turn Francie body. This first edition Francie Doll is in mint condition with original wrist tag and OSS. She has the correct body markings. If you would like most pictures I would be happy to take any more for you. Red hair is thick, uncut with no missing hair plugs. No nose nips or neck splits. Gorgeous thick long rooted eyelashes. Lighter brown eyes and full pink lips. All limbs are tight and move as they should. No missing digits or toes. Skin tone is even throughout. OSS is in new condition. I will send her in a doll display box with insert surrounded by white acid free paper for storage. #1 BARBIE DOLL, BLACK PONYTAIL DOLL With CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY

Dream House Dolls Home of the Fashion Mannequin. AUTHENTIC #1 RAVEN HAIR BARBIE DOLL W/ CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY. With so many fakes on todays market how do you really know your doll is authentic. I have been in the vintage Barbie business since 1996. If you are not familiar with me feel free to ask the biger dealers in the Barbie World they know me. The doll is this listing is an authentic #1 Barbie doll created in 1959. It is NOT a reproduction, a fake, or any other kind of replica of any sort. Prior to the work of Angil Gill she administered an alcohol test to the paint work on her face. The results showed as a result of alcohol being rubbed across the face. Ie, the brows, eyes, or lips. Thus this is an authentic, original 1959 raven haired, #1 Barbie. Angie Gill, professionally cleaned and completely restored this doll. Her lips have been color washed back to the original color that was remaining before I started my work. She rebuilt her black eyelash ridge on her right eye. (your left as looking at the doll) She then touched up both black eyelash ridges, added blush, and touched up her toenails and her fingernails. All paint work that she did on this doll was put back to her original colors. No artistic liberties were taken. She rerooted her hair in several areas along her hairline, on the sides and the back. She has also entirely rerooted her bangs. A vintage #5 Barbie head was used for the donor hair for all rerooting on this #1. Everything else on the doll is original to her as she was created in 1959. The letter is notarized and signed by the artist and notery. I want to add that there is some die stain on her left foot from the heels. The heels included are NOT #1 heels. This doll has retained most of her beautiful original color and has not faded to white. A prize for any collector. Angie Gill is a renowned doll artist in the Barbie world.
