She is a flip Barbie but I styled it like a pageboy. She is a rare beauty and the only thing I see wrong is around her ears are a light color. (see photos) I put earrings on her and you can’t even tell. She comes from a smoke free home and is ready to be enjoyed and displayed in one of her outfits. Vintage #4 MATTEL Blonde Solid Body Ponytail Barbie Doll Japan No Green 1960’s. Hair looks strawberry blonde and needs work, blue eyeshadow. All make-up could use touch ups. Black and white dress & sunglasses (not sure if original) has some wear, No earrings no greening, holes still exist for earrings. Arms move well not loose, fingernail polish is red needs touch up. Torso is in good condition. Legs have some discoloration after cleaning, no greening. Red nail polish on toes need touch up. Bottom of foot says Japan. Barbie badging is on the butt. Leg movement is really good.

Right leg bends and holds its pose firmly; left leg is a bit looser and doesn’t stay bent as securely. Some faint marks and mild discoloration on legs from age. Feet show minor splits and wear typical for 1960s Japan-made Barbies. Fingernail paint remains visible on both hands. No major cracks, missing parts, or repainting noted. Her pretty Blonde Side Part Bubblecut hair style is in great condition. It is big and full with no missing hair plugs or hair cuts. She has all of her coral colored fingernail and toenail polish. She has no green ear, neck splits, or nose nips. Her lips have faded to a pretty light peach color. She has a Midge/Barbie body. She has “Japan” stamped on her right foot. Her body is very clean and in very nice condition showing very little playwear. Any imperfections will be shown in photos. She has replacement pearl earrings and comes with her copper doll stand, vintage red swimsuit, booklet, sunglasses, red Japan open toe shoes, a Barbie clothing hanger, and display box all in mint condition.
