This listing is for an EXCELLENT VINTAGE BRUNETTE SKOOTER Doll with Bendable Legs Model No. 1120 Near Mint in Box with ORIGINAL BOX, original clothing, gold wire stand, fashion booklet in original cello with red flat shoes, white brush and white comb and wrist tag. Skooter is Skipper’s best friend, and the bendable leg version was first issued in 1966. She is in excellent condition with beautiful brunette pigtails with original red ribbons. Her face is all original and in beautiful condition. P LEASE NOTE: her arms are lighter than her face and body which is very common in these bendable leg dolls due to the use of a different type of vinyl for the arms. Wrist tag is missing the tab. She comes wearing her original vintage two-piece swimsuit (red & white polka dot crop top and denim shorts). The box is also in very good condition with some age-appropriate wear and one split corner that has been taped (not by me). This doll is all original/vintage–not a reproduction. This is an authentic 1963 Titian (Redhead) Bubblecut Barbie on the correct period-accurate straight-leg Midge/Barbie body. This doll is a “true survivor” with 100% original, untouched factory face paint, no restorations or repaints have been performed. Face & Makeup: Features crisp, original blue side-glancing eyes and coral-toned lips. Vinyl Condition: The face exhibits “snowing” (white oxidation spots) common in 1960s vinyl, serving as a hallmark of its vintage age. Shoulders have some markings. Hair: Thick, full Titian redhead Bubblecut; the hair is in its original factory set with no visible missing plugs or trims. Body Markings: Right hip is clearly stamped: MidgeT 1962 / Barbie® 1958 / by Mattel, Inc. Articulation: Classic straight-leg style with “tippy-toe” feet designed for vintage heels. Coloration: Shows typical vintage “mismatched” fading where the torso has lightened more than the limbs and head. VERY RARE ORIG Vtg Set Frozen Charlotte Bisque U. S. WWI Soldiers Set With Box

This Rare vintage set of Frozen Charlotte U. WWI Soldiers dolls is a rare find, complete with original box and made in Japan. The set includes 5 dolls in three sizes: 4 inches, 3.5 inches, and 3 inches, all handcrafted with light complexion and black eyes. The dolls are from the Frozen Charlotte series and are porcelain and bisque material, representing Caucasian ethnicity. This unique set is a piece of history from the 1930s, (marked 1935 on back of box). Perfect for collectors of vintage dolls and doll playsets. As photos show, color is great and has typical minor paint loss mainly on the back of the soldiers (case wear) from movement in the box, but this wonderful set has remained in it’s original box for decades being stored away and recently rediscovered. The box is tattered and imperfect, however retains its graphics and color and still presents well.
