Presenting the vintage, JAPANESE EXCLUSIVE, hot pink & white version of Barbie’s “DANCING DOLL”, #1626. Also included is the pink belt and a pair of white closed toe heels with Japan on the bottoms. The dress is in no-play condition – crisp & clean. However, there’s yellow age discoloration (on the front and back of the white collar and on the back of the skirt – top left, photo #6). Vintage Barbie Skipper 1970 Re-issue Reissue Pink Skin Sl & Young Ideas Dress

VINTAGE BARBIE SKIPPER 1970 RE-ISSUE REISSUE PINK SKIN SL & YOUNG IDEAS DRESS & JAPAN SHOES FLATS. These reissue Skipper dols are very hard to find. The reissues Skippers were only available for one year from 1970 – 1971 timeframe. This one is really beautiful and is in great shape overall. She has a pink skin tone body vice the more tan skin tone of older Skipper dolls. Her eyes are more mod in design. Her lip color has faded to light pink. She has no cracks in her torso, There are no bite marks, no green, no gouges, and no chews on her body. Her arms and legs are firm and are not swingy. Her hair is a honey blonde and is very long and thick. I noted underneath the hair at the hairline some minor paling in one area – no green – just paling. You have to pull back/lift up the hair to see it. She is wearing a Young Ideas Dress which is in good shape overall. It has its original rick rack trim around the hem, and its original snap on the back. The ribbon ends have some fraying and there is an area on the back of the dress that needs to be cleaned. I don’t clean these vintage clothes. She is wearing white JAPAN flats/shoes. Note– clothes from Skipper’s Young Ideas line are not tagged except for the Coats.

Barbie Francie w Little Bow Pink Dress #1483 Doll and Shoes Made in Japan

As always, please consider my pictures part of my. Description, they are meant to aid and describe the items conditions just in case I overlooked something in my details/ description below. I do try to provide you with lots of pictures. VTG Francie 1966, see behind pic, medium blond hair, dressed in Little Bow Pink dress #1463 she is wearing Francie pink shoes, very soft and pliable. Close up pics of eye lashes, just a little nip on nose. Her hair has still a nice curl, tried to detail with pictures. Even though the dress is a bit big on her, pink dress and shoes, marked Japan, go nicely together. Francie is in lovely vintage condition, lots of hair, no missing plugs, medium blond hair, no reddish tones, pictures are a little off on the color. Each lower leg has just the tiniest dark spot, see pictures. And some superficial indentations near lower foot. Not immediately noticeable but wanted to mention. Dress is in original not washed condition; it is missing one top button and needs both loops. Has one original button, see picture. I did not close the dress on her. And one sleeve could use just a couple of stitches on the sleeve. Did I forget anything? Only human, so do please ask away. I do try to research in the hope to get it right. Stand, Dolls, and any props, if present, are NOT included. Smoke free, pet free. I cannot always tell if properly handled, stored, and it what. Do keep in mind. Listing always states how many items you can expect. Any questions feel free to ask. Must be sent back same way it was sent. I try very hard to list, and detail all I see, and take pictures to the very best of my ability.
