Barbie VINTAGE Early #2/#3 TM PEDESTAL STAND

Not mint but nice for display. Doll has been wiped down with a damp cloth but could use a little cleaning. Pedestal base is marked Barbie T with no chips or breaks but a few minor scuffs as shown. Early version with the factory score marks for the peg placement on a #1 stand. Wire upright has minor bend and fits fairly snugly. There is no “best offer” option on this listing. New in Box Barbie #850 Blonde Ponytail Never opened green ear early 60’s

I know a little bit less than nothing about real barbies but I bought 3 of them, guaranteed all original, and from the early 60’s or perhaps late 50’s. This one is #850 and a barbie, with blonde hair and the famous red swimsuit, and blue eys, and a ponytail, as started on the box. She still has plastic over her face, kind of creepy. It has been sitting, unopened, meaning never talken out of the box, for the last 60 years or so. The staples are still intact on the inside of the box. Any info would be appreciated. No hiles in the feet, so I don’t think this is 1959, again I don’t know aboput these things. Only what I can look up online. This means that I you shorten a bracelet, or resize a ring, I Will not take it back. Please be sure you want what you have bought, before you change it in any way. Orig Vintage Long Haired American Girl & Early Brunette #4 Ponytail Barbie Dolls

ORIGINAL VINTAGE BRUNETTE #4 PONYTAIL BARBIE and. LONG HAIRED AMERICAN GIRL. Includes Original Clothing and Stands. Up for sale are two beautiful dolls; a long-haired American Girl Barbie and a very early brunette #4 Ponytail Barbie. The Ponytail is on a solid “Barbie TM” body. She is one of the transition dolls between the #3 and #4 which is sometimes hard to tell if she is a #3 or #4. I believe she is a #4, but might be a #3 with blue eyeliner. She has the mold-mark across her hip that many #3s have. She is in wonderful condition with very thick hair and great bangs. Her paint is very vivid and her body is great; she does have a faint stain on her back which I almost did not notice and does not show up in the pictures it is so faint. She will come with her original pedestal stand which has some melt marks on it, but no chips. She will also come with her original zebra-striped swimsuit and open-toed shoes. Her top-knot has been retied and her lips touched-up. The long-haired American Girl Barbie has an amazing body. Her feet have no chews, which is very hard to find. Her hair is very thick but does not lay flat, which is why I put an outfit with a hat on her to help hold her hair down. She has butter-colored lips. She will come with the outfit she is wearing and the wire stand. Neither doll is missing any digits nor does either one have green ear or nose nips. They are both very nice dolls. Barbie Doll Early #6? Early vintage brunette ponytail Barbie doll. Possibly a late #5 or early #6 because theres no greasy face. Her lips are smaller and watermelon or coral in color, the eyes appear to be dark turquoise. And the body is NOT marked Midge. Hollow body torso and solid arms/legs with typical crayon smell. Long, soft and shiny dark brunette hair with firm-textured curled bangs. Leg stance is not splayed. Foot is marked Japan. Probably 1961 or 1962. Comes with a black/white striped swimsuit and crystal stud earrings. Doll is preowned in near perfect condition. Head, arms and leg joints in good working order. Face makeup is bright and flawless. There is a green dot on her bottom hip joint and a hint of green under right earring. Some typical darkening to the legs. No cleaning or touchup has been done. Vintage STUNNING EARLY #4 PONYTAIL BARBIE SOLID HEAVY TM BODY ORIGINAL SWIMSUIT

Barbie has a stunning face that is fuller like the #3 faces with original face paint that has been alcohol tested. Her lips are blood red and darker in some areas. Eyebrows could use a touch of paint on ends. She has whitish spots on both cheeks. She has no neck splits and no nose nips but has green ear at both ears. Her scalp is flocked and her hair is shiny and lovely. It has a band still in hair that is disintegrating and needs to be removed. Not sure if end of ponytail was trimmed or not. Her original solid heavy body is in nice display condition marked, Barbie T. PATS PEND MCMLVIII BY MATTEL, INC. With most of her original fingernail and toenail polish. She has the mold marks on sides of hips as shown that these heavy bodies commonly came with. She could use a gentle cleaning. The swimsuit is nice for display, just needs a gentle soak. One shoe is marked JAPAN and has a split starting on strap and one shoe is marked HONG KONG. A shoe box and hanger are included. A wonderful addition to any vintage Barbie collection!
