Vintage PONYTAIL Barbie #1 Minty 1959 Blonde No Retouches No Fade Original Stand

The doll is almost flawless. Has never been played with, or displayed. Have stayed in a Barbie case the whole time. The hair was retied once before the sale using a yellow thread. The hair is flocked and has absolutely no missing plugs, and all of them are original, the hair was only brushed once as well. The doll almost looks like new. The makeup is beautiful, it is almost completely in tact, was never retouched. Also has original red paint on her hands and toes. Has slight discoloration on her neck (less visible in real life). Otherwise the body looks great. Has a proper mark, and holes in her feet. The feet have some staining from the shoes, but the nail polish looks perfect. The stand (marked Mattel), the shoes (marked Japan), the swimsuit, and the earrings are all original, and are in a mint condition. She has very slight issues (can be seen on pictures). Has a tiny black mark on her temple, some of the makeup rubbed off just a bit (see pictures). She was stored in a vintage yellow 1959 underwear, but it has discolored that area (see pictures). She will also come with a reproduction box, and a Barbie (R) Booklet instead on Barbie TM. She is an extremely rare find, and her condition is almost perfect. She was lightly cleaned as well. Vintage #5 Brunette Ponytail Barbie + box wire stand booklet shoes sunglasses

This is one beautiful doll. She is a vintage #5 Brunette Ponytail Barbie, and she comes with the following accessories. Vintage two-piece Barbie R box (no hair color indicated on the box). Reproduction white liner inside box. Vintage black wire stand. Reproduction black & white zebra striped one-piece swimsuit. Vintage black open-toe shoes. Vintage white sunglasses with blue lenses. Barbie is in excellent vintage condition. Her makeup is all original. There have been no touch ups. She has gorgeous teal eye liner (aka “robin’s egg blue”). Barbie’s complexion is matte, not greasy. Barbie still has the original top knot in her hair. The bottom of her ponytail has been reset into big, fluffy curls. Her hair is silky, not frizzy. It is really thick. No missing plugs that I can see. Barbie has the faintest tint of green just on the lobe of her right ear. You can see it in picture 7 where I pulled the earring out far enough so you can see the ear itself. Left ear is perfectly clear and never had green ear issues (picture 8). Limbs pose as intended. No missing fingers or toes. She has bright red polish on her fingers and toes. Very little evidence of play wear. There are two or three very small dark marks (looks like pencil marks) on the back of her left leg (probably from resting against something during storage). But these are very minor and do not detract from her beauty at all. Did I mention her teal eye liner? Barbie is on her correct “Barbie” only body… No “Midge” on her markings. So she is definitely not a #6. Also, her torso is hollow… So she is definitely not a #4. Vintage R box is in good vintage condition. In the upper left corner of the box lid, someone wrote “Black PT” very lightly in pencil. It is so light that I did not see it until I zoomed in on the pictures when the listing went live. There is one puncture on the front of the box just to the right of the ballerina shoes (picture 2). There are stray pencil marks inside the lid (picture 11). There is one small half-inch split in upper right corner of box lid. No splits in bottom piece. No tape on the box. Booklet, wire stand, shoes, and sunglasses are all vintage. All in excellent condition. No writing on it. One shoe is marked Japan on the bottom. Sunglasses open and close as intended. Barbie’s swimsuit is new and mint… Repurposed from a reproduction 35th anniversary Barbie. If repro swimsuit is a deal breaker for you, please let me know. I may be able to find her a vintage swimsuit amongst my other dolls. Overall, this is an outstanding example of a #5 Ponytail Barbie. She will steal your heart. Vintage Blond Barbie Ponytail #3 In Golden Glory # 1645 (Outfit is Mint and complete and All Original). She comes with R box and TM stand , all in excellent condition! She is a gently played with Barbie , so she is not perfect. One ear has a tiny slit the other is fine. She has no nips, green spots or stains on her T. She smells like crayons and has a even creamy white color all over. Her joints are tight and she has most of her original makeup, with touched up lips. Vintage Barbie #3 Rarer Blue Eye Shadow, Gorgeous! With Box, TM Stand & Clothes EUC

Vintage Barbie Ponytail #3 all Original and gorgeous-No retouches with Box, TM Stand and Clothes. Absolutely stunning milky white #3 with solid TM body with no stains or greening with creamy all over even color with all original make up. She is the rarer of the number 3s with the blue eye shadow (they actually made more of the ones with the brown eyeshadow). She is one of the first early issues of the #3 Ponytails because she has the vinyl that faded more than the latter issues. Also the brunettes are more collectible, less of them were made. Mattel made more Blonde than Brunette Ponytails at a ratio of 3:1 (3 blondes for every one Brunette Ponytail that they made). Her joints are tight and her finger and toenail polish is all present. Japan is written on the sole of her right foot. Please examine all photos for her exquisite condition. She comes with two black label hard to find outfits with all original accessories. The Midnight Blue outfit is a little faded because it has been washed and played with but displays nicely. Everything in the pictures is included except Kaiser doll stand. The box is very nice with no tears or split corners but shows some mild yellowing. The TM stand is very nice , smooth surface with no deep scratches, chips or breaks (one of the better ones Ive seen in my 65 years). She has safe earrings in place that will not cause discoloration.
