Rare vintage battery powered TYPIST doll tin toy made in Japan (Working order)

Rare vintage battery powered Typist doll tin toy of 50’s, made in Japan. Toy is in good working order, it is entirely made of tin except for doll’s face, palm and fingers, there are minor rust spots on the toy and some color loss on the doll’s chair as it is old and made of tin, rubber band in the hair of doll is lately added, some letters on the paper inside typewriter has faded, overall condition of toy is good for its old age. On switching the toy the typist turns her head and moves her hand as if she is typing, paper inside typewriter goes up and down and there are lights inside the typewriter. It is indeed a rare collectible piece as well as a adorable decorative item, would surely look beautiful on any shelf, will be a superb addition to any old tin toy collection and a must for old Typist tin toy collector’s.. VINTAGE JAPANESE “ROBOT GIRL” WALKING DOLL – 1950s MADE IN JAPAN BY MASUDAYA. This rare Japanese toy is all tinplate and celluloid – the body is all tin with red tinplate feet (both feet marked Made in Japan to base) – the arms, legs and head are celluloid, as was used on the 1950s robots and NOT plastic used on the later 1970s robots. It is all original and is now getting hard to find, so will make a great new addition to someone’s robot collection. Clockwork in full working order. All items from a smoke free home. I’m asking only half of what I paid. This is the finest set of these dolls that I have ever seen. The dolls are in LIKE NEW condition in their original box. This is the very famous and sought-after “Seven Days Working Dolls” set of pose dolls from Japan. Made in the 1960’s. Often when you find this set, the gold labels on the wooden base are torn or missing, or the dolls are dirty or stained, or the dolls are missing some of their accessories. But not this set! Someone kept these dolls in the original box in PRISTINE condition for all these years. They are as close to perfect as you can find. The dolls are around 7 tall and mounted to a wooden base. On the base is a sticker with the particular day of the week that they are representing labeled. Go to church, Sunday. Wash our clothes, Monday. Iron our clothes, Tuesday. Scrub the floor, Wednesday.
