Vtg SKIPPER Barbies Little Sister #0950 Blonde W/Pedestal In S. Suit IN ORIG BOX. Doll has some “flaking” on her face. From my research I have learned this is considered degrading or white powder caused by leeching plasticizer. There are no known ways to stop the plastics from degrading but can cosmetically treat the problem. Box has minor wear from storage including writing on the bottom of the box. Doll comes pedestal, bathing suit, shoes and booklet. Bathing suit is in good condition with no rips or tears. Her hair is in nice condition, however around her hair frame there is some discoloration, green threading. I have photographed this up close for your review. Doll appears to be in good condition. Limbs are in good working order. No major marks or stains. Stand is in good condition with no bends. Shoes are in nice condition. She has a red tie around her hair. I do not believe this is original.
