Excellent straight-leg bodies on all three dolls. No hair plugs missing, no green ear, no neck splits, no boob damage; all have most of their fingernail polish and toenail polish. Brunette’s hand has three fingers that look a little chewed get this girl some gloves, LOL! ; Blonde has tiny mark ink? On her forearm and on the opposite upper hip. No other body flaws that I can see — each could use a little scrubbing, but they really look very nice. One arm on Brunette, one arm on Blonde, and one arm on Redhead are a little swingy, but each can still hold a pose. Please check out all the photos carefully, and zoom in, so you know exactly what you’re getting. Blonde’s butt markings are Midge TM c 1963 Barbie R c 1958 by Mattel Inc. Which makes her a 1963 Midge — from the first year Midge came out. JAPAN stamped on bottom of one foot. Brunette and Redhead Midge’s butt markings are. Midge TM c 1962 Barbie R c 1958 by Mattel Inc. PATENTED, which makes them 1964 Midges, I believe. JAPAN stamped on “the ball” of one foot. Dress them up and you’ll have a beautiful collection of Midges! AWESOME Vintage 1960s Barbie Midge Ken Alan Dolls, Clothes, Accessories, Case LOOK! These are in great condition! Many of the items are in excellent condition and were probably never played-with. You can see by the Barbie tags shown in the photos. The black glitter dress still has all of its glitter attached and it’s not falling off, like it usually does with this type of dresses (however, it’s missing its rose). The outfits are not complete. The case comes with a few accessories only, shown in the photos. The case itself is in super clean condition. The dolls are also in great condition, with tight limbs.

All pieces marked JAPAN or MADE IN JAPAN. Unglazed bisque with hand-painted features. Original vintage clothing (not reproductions). Wonderful for bisque collectors, dollhouse displays, or restoration. Vintage wear consistent with age: some paint rubs, age toning on fabrics, and light marks. No major cracks observed. Vtg Kokeshi Dolls Set of 2 Miyashite Hajime Creative “Camellia Garden” 1960s Original Box. One doll is slightly smaller than the other. Awards : Prime Minister’s Award. Minister of International Trade & Industry Award. Vintage Japanese Sosaku Kokeshi. Sosaku is a term that literally translated as “creative” and those creative koseshi allow the artist complete freedom in terms of shape, design and color while traditional kokeshi exhibits a similar recognizable style and character. The history of creative kokeshi is quite new and they were developed after World War II. They are not particular to a specific region of Japan and generally creative kokeshi artists are found in cities. This vintage kokeshi has been in the original box in storage since 1960s, 1970s.
