VINTAGE MATTEL 850 BARBIE BUBBLE CUT JAPAN DOLL W/CLOTHES, ACCESS & CASE BRUNETTE HAIR. From a smoke free home! All clothing is in great condition with no rips, holes, no smells, no spots nor stains! With the exception of the Friday Night Date Night outfit which does have some small dirt areas as well as minor discoloration. No buttons, snaps, nor outfit attached embellishments are missing on anything. Doll is all original and has never been touched. One finger of nail polish has worn off as has her left foot pedicure for the most part. She has a beautiful butt marking and minimal scratches to her left breast and minor on back of neck from what would appear to have been her stand. Case is in overall phenomenal condition based on age but does have a slight tear in vinyl at top center crease as well as a small amount of rust on snap closure. Handle is fully in tack with no cracks nor breaks. Has ALL of the original cardboard inserts which are in mint condition. 54 pieces in all total consisting of the following. 1- Original 1962 Barbie Ponytail Fashion Carry Case. 1- Original Barbie, Ken, Midge Teen-Age Fashion Model Book (1962). 1 – 850 Bubble Cut Barbie Doll Stamped JAPAN although the “J” and the “N” have somewhat worn in time see photos of feet. 1 – Red Helenca Swimsuit. 1 – Barbie Cat-eye Sunglasses (small spot where there is some dye transfer). 1 – Friday Night Date Night dress/jumper. 1 – Friday Night Date Night Dress/Petticoat. 1 – Friday Night Date Night Tray (handles are broken). 1 – Solo in Spotlight Dress. 1 – Red Flare Velvet Jacket. 1 – Red Flare Velvet Hat. 1 – Red Flare Velvet Purse (missing jewel on closure). 1 – Fancy Free Dress. 1 – Pearl Necklace (this is vintage but unknown as to if it is Barbie/Mattel brand). 1 – Red Sheath Dress (gold buttons). 1 – Rust colored Polka Dot Sheath Dress (gold buttons). 1 – Floral Petticoat Slip. 1 – Floral Petticoat Underwear. 1 – Nighty Neglige Robe. 1 – Nighty Neglige Slip. 1 – Black Clutch Mattel Purse. 1 – Pink Purse (brand unknown). 2 – Pink Beauty Brushes. 5 – Sets of Vintage Barbie Open Toe Shoes (10 shoes total). 4 – Random hats (don’t believe these are Barbie but are from one of the vintage doll collections). Beautiful White Ginger Bubblecut from 1961. She has the prettiest color hair. It’s the palest strawberry blonde. An early bubble, no greasy face, pink lips, green eyeshadow, tiny split in her neck. Both ears have several tiny holes easily hid by earring. Nail paint on right hand is bright red. Other hand a bit faded. A few chips in her lip paint. She’s been a favorite of mine. She has her early marked’Barbie’ body and a Bubble Cut hairstyle. Her face is excellent, with good coloring and paint, blue eyes & ruby lips. May be a slight touch-up on lips? No earrings & no green ear. Hair is black, full & clean in the original bouffant set. Body is also nice with excellent coloring. Reddish nail polish is mostly intact. One arm is just slightly swingy, but everything else is tight. Barbie wears an original 1962 red knit swimsuit, in very good condition. Vintage 60s Barbie Side Part Blonde Bubble Cut WithBox Orig SS Shoes No green WOW

This is a very pretty early 60s, blonde bubble cut Barbie. She comes with her original box (hard to find, especially in this condition) red helenca swimsuit and red open toes shoes. Her bubble hair is nice and tight and still maintains some of the curl. No missing plugs or other detractions in her hair. Her face is gorgeous. I believe it to be the American girl face. It is so pretty! There is a tiny speck of paint missing in one eye in the blue pupil- only noticeable upon very close inspection. One eyebrow is perfect, but the other, that is covered by the hair is only partial. No green ear, no neck splits. Her light pink lipstick has faded but is still slightly visible. Her nails are near complete. I would say 85% on the fingers and 95% on the toes which is rare. Her body is super clean. Her limbs are very tight and hold position easily. Her original box is included. It is in really nice condition. Very white and bright. One corner of the lid has a small split. Truly a rare find in this condition and with so many pieces of her original ensemble. As mentioned one red shoe does have a split, easily replaceable. Still holds on for display nicely. Vintage Barbie Doll 850 Brunette Bubble Cut 961 Evening Splendor EUC C20

Beautiful 850 Bubble Cut Doll with dark brown colored hair. She has pink lips, matching fingernails and most of toe nails. No neck splits, no missing fingers, no green ears. Typical age spots to legs. One foot turns inward. She is wearing the 961 Evening Splendor Outfit, Not Complete. Pearls missing from hat. Both doll and outfit is in great to excellent condition. Used item – Zoom in photos. There may be wear or damage that I cannot see or that I do not know to look for. I will be listing all of my inherited fashion dolls & accessories over time. Clothing is in a clean state, although stains, missing snaps, holes and stretched out elastic is to be expected. Dolls are in a clean state and have been wiped down with doll cleaner (Formula 911 by Twin Pines) If a doll has green ear, I will treat them with Remove Zit by Twin Pines to minimize the green. Please expect stains, scuff marks, missing hair plugs, pin prick holes, missing eyelashes, etc. All have been used and played with. Do not expect mint condition on played with my dolls, my prices do not reflect that, neither does my description! If anything catches my eye, I will most certainly take a photo of it. Vintage 1962 Bubble Cut Barbie Doll in Tagged’Silken Flame. Scroll down for larger views. This is a Bubble Cut Barbie, made in 1962 by Mattel. She has her early marked’Barbie’ body and a Bubble Cut hairstyle. Her face is excellent, with good coloring, original paint, blue eyes & pink bubble-gum lips. Just light rubs on her brows. No earrings & no green ear. Hair is golden-blonde, full & clean in the original bouffant set. Body is also nice with excellent coloring & tight limbs. Pink nail polish is pretty much intact. Just a little shoe mark on one foot. Barbie wears an original 1961 tagged’Silken Flame’ Dress with original gold belt & clutch purse. Plus early black OT shoes. I’ve added a 1990’s reproduction’Red Flare’ matching coat, hat & purse. All in nice condition. Please check our listings for many more Barbie and other vintage dolls from this estate collection. Bubble Cut Brunette – Made in Japan – 1962. The doll is in good condition, some light green effect, predominantly on the left ear, but no major damage, holes, tears, etc. The box itself has some signs of shelf wear and slight damage to the edges but nothing too destructive.
